I myself am a millennial and the department I oversee is also full of millennials. During the interview process I frequently find myself going through 10-15 people just to find one that will actually do a good job. Some of the things I hear millennials demand and say in interviews is shocking to say the very least. A large majority just want to get to the top because they think they dress well and can make friends quickly. Entitlement coupled with jr. high level insecurity unfortunately describe a lot of the short comings of this generation.
