He won't nor can't....He probably got yelled at, even
cursed at....The F-word was probably even thrown at him, but I highly doubt anything was said about him being a Mormon. Ute fans are smarter than that. They know half their fan base is LDS. It wouldn't surprise me to hear something like that from a Colorado State fan, Wyoming, UNLV, or Stanford fan.

Yes, Ute fans have mocked LDS beliefs and yes there are some Ute fans that truly hate the LDS religion, a big reason I've stopped visiting Utefans.net, but these stories get so over embellished. Why are these stories constantly shared here? Is it to stir up hate toward Ute fans? Why?

I can't tell you how grateful I am that so many byu fans came to defense of Ute fans this time and mentioned how they had a fine time up at the game on Saturday. I sat right next to some byu fans and we chatted before the game. They didn't say much during the game, but I'm sure they were just disappointed.

Stop trying to claim moral superiority over a fan base. We have some really bad apples, and gasp, believe it or not, so does byu. Every fan base does.

I'm sorry you had harsh words thrown at you, hopefully next time, you'll be able to sit in a section like the others responding to this post, where you can attend the game and not have to worry about having insults hurled. Unless of course, you're looking for a reason to post a hate filled post about Utah fans, and then I'm sure you'll be able to stir up an example.
