I will say this. Even with a few personnel issues, our defense should've never dipped so low it was hard to tell it from an SDSU defense, like it did last year. But, I like the progress I've seen this year, and I like the personnel I see coming in the pipeline.

Our defensive recruits, on average, are both taller and faster than the guys we're playing with this year, fwiw. We're set up to have a d-line that averages 6-4, 6-5. Fua, a linebacker, stands 6-5. I imagine we'll start to see a lot more passes batted down and intercepted in the coming years.
