If your CC does not charge you for foreign transactions or does not skim the

conversion rate use the CC as it is very convenient and is cheaper than buying an oyster card - it cost a few dollars for the card itself. The transportation in London is clean and safe. Maps (Google and Apple) do a great job of planning the best route for you. I would skip the Uber from Heathrow and take the train into London.

Yeah everyone does it from the airport. Just use google maps to find the right subway line (tube) and you’re there.
