AND he's not as dynamic a shooter as Baker.

But Richie IS a much better defender & (as you say) he IS very valuable as a scorer & shooter in his own right. As a reserve, I'd give Richie more minutes than every guard NOT named Demin — mainly because of his value as a disrupter & as a help-defender, but also because of his versatility in the paint.

And I'd give Richie more minutes than Mag because he's much better on offense.

Even still, I definitely prefer Baker over Saunders in the starting group. To me, the choice is between Mag or Saunders.
