I Lift in am and cardio in pm. But that’s because I cardio while watching sports
It really helps for me to ride the bike or walk/run on treadmill at night while I watch sports. If it’s an intense game my workout is always better 🙂 and I don’t feel so bad about watching a lot of sports. Plus can do it once kids are in bed.
