Weight goal is the same every year - stay under 190 lbs. I’m 6’3”. Every year I
get down to about 185-187. Then as the year goes on, weight creeps up. At the holidays it always gets worse.
So every year I get myself back down to 185-187. And then my goal is to keep it around there all year.
I used to regularly weigh about 215. I decided I didn’t like it. And once I got to this weight I was just so much happier with it.
