Recruiting staff should decrease.

Maybe research staff should go up, but gone are the days when the coach needs to make repeat visits to some podunk town in Dubuque IA, imploring somebody's mama to consider what a great educational opportunity BYU is. Now its a single visit, speak softly, and carry a large NIL check.
