But the reality is that is where this is coming from. It isn't a BYU narrative - it's the narrative of most of the Big12. Go back to the X post that started this whole conversation - take a look at the responses from Big12 fans who aren't BYU fans - and who all agree with what I just posted.

If you haven't been paying attention to social media, I can understand why you wouldn't know this. But the reality is that you're ignorant to the truth of the damage that Utah fans did on X around the time the PAC12 was falling apart and Utah fans were in denial about their future.

Mind you - I'm not talking about all Utah fans. I'm not even talking about most Utah fans. But there were enough who made enough noise that the reputation the rest of the Big12 has for Utah was earned - and not due to BYU fans trying to drive the narrative.

It's got to feel weird after having Utah fans tell BYU fans how arrogant they always were to now have the fanbases of an entire conference putting that label on your fanbase.
