I'm sorry to even respond. Especially when we had such a good stopping point.
I agree with everything you wrote below this paragraph: "What I mean is after reaching a certain high level of athleticism, the marginal advancement to world class historic greatness is more about capability."

But that paragraph itself I'm just still not sure on. Like, Egor Demin and Dylan Hall have both reached your certain high level of athleticism. And they both have high IQ, capability, work ethic. etc.

But the marginal (or more) advancement between the two and their futures in ball seems it will to come down to Egor being 6'9, able to see and pass over the top of defenses and can dunk on a 6'10 Boskovic, etc, and Dallin, while being mentally capable of that, not actually able to do it as well at 6'4. The slight difference in ability makes all the difference. Change bodies and Dallin might be the first round pick next year. So once they both reached a certain level of high IQ and capability, the difference is the physical.

Same with Saunders and catchings. Biggest difference is my mind is Catchings height and athleticism.

Same with Tom Brady and Brock Purdy. They seem to be made of much of the same mental and trait stuff but Tom is 6'4, has a longer fulcrum/lever, etc.

In the 100 m dash, two world class athletes that have forward-thinking mindsets, work ethics, dedication, etc, - basically all the traits you want, seem to usually come down to the more athletic one will win. But maybe my lens I view these sorts of things through is distorted, I don't know.

Totally agree that early and highly physically developed and gifted kids seem to be really smart too. As you said.

You've obviously thought your point of you view though, and I totally respect it.
