Rookie defensive HC. Rookie OC. QB coach dies in preseason. Overrated Oline with
Few weapons. Poor front office leadership overall. Even Rogers is off to a bad start with better talent and handpicked personnel but similar deficient organization. Zach never had much of a chance with the Jets. And ZW was not really ready to start Day 1 in the NFL on top of that.
