They just don't have the fan base to sustain NIL at a high level. They went out and spent a ton in Finn who now appears to be a complete bust at the P4 level. Baylor hit back to back grand slams with Briles and Rhule. That's rare and until they can do that again, this is who they will be. Waco just kind of sucks.
