In other words, is your high opinion of K-State based on the opinions of a group of sports writers or coaches?
Those two teams hadn’t played since 1996. No common opponents this year. What makes you think K-State is that much better?
K-State came out early and hit BYU in the face, pushing them up and down the field. BYU never went down to the canvas. They keep KS out of the end zone and then answered KS’s shot to the face with a series of combinations that sent KS to the canvas several times. They had NO answer.
You can talk about how much better KS is until you’re blue in the face, but the proof is in the pudding. Until they beat us, we are the better team. And yes I know that the best team doesn’t always win, but not often does the best team lose 38-9 with that glassy look in their eyes.
