We have been able to snatch up talent across the US despite, having some limitations as a company. It is one thing we can offer that some of the big companies don't. There are hard things that come with it, but we have concluded several times that it is still the right path. Hardest part is maintaining a good culture, helping new employees feel a part of the company and things like that. WFH has its challenges too.

Personally I would probably find a different job if in office work was mandated, but the flexibility and convenience of WFH keeps me here. I could get paid more and find a bigger job, but the flexibility has kept me where I am for now.
