How is this an upsetting thing?
If I take a break and go run an errand, my employer doesn't care. I'm not charging that time.
If I switch laundry during a Zoom call, does anyone really care? For real?
It's not like I'm 100% on when I'm in the office. We talk. We'll take a break and get some lunch.
