Amount of complaining would change that.

Everyone who pays any attention at all knows their fanbase has large chunks who have terrible behavior. And I have 2nd hand knowledge (if there is such a thing) that the former athletic director liked how BYU fans have been treated. He was a piece of anti-lds work himself, especially when it came to sports.
