Most EVs don’t and also lack a good charging network. I’d not buy a different brand of EV until that changed. My wife, however, didn’t want the range anxiety of an EV so she got a plug-in hybrid. Its all electric range isn’t that impressive (30 miles goes by quickly) but the combined mileage between electric and gas is good. That’d be my suggestion to you if you’re not feeling the Tesla love. Last place is traditional hybrid. For economics alone I’d lean hard against buying a traditional gas-only car.
