I would expect the company to give a little grace. If it really was 15 minutes
and the company actually charged for it, I’d stop using them. No, they don’t have to. That’s their right. But IMO, for 15 minutes they should have let it go.

Avis screwed me for bringing the car back 15 minutes later than I put in the reservation. I won't use them again.
