First of all, show a CEO getting paid billions that isn't entirely performance related pay (stock).
Second, look at my example above. Maybe you believe that everyone has the same ability to lead an organization doing tens of billions in sales, with hundreds of thousands of employees, in an ever changing economic environment that demands long term vision and extreme strategic acumen.
