He was well compensated with many millions in stock options, all rewarded because of his performance, over and above his base annual salary of $1.3M.
Did he deserve it? I used to think not until I saw what he achieved and the thousands of jobs he secured and ensured for the company into the future.
The guy has my ultimate respect and I hope he is loving retirement.
