Companies do it and then complain about WFH employees.

I sat on an advisory board that kept wanting employees to come in, but they had dev teams on the other side of the world failing to perform. But they kept blaming the US remote workers. It was odd.

I believe there are some jobs that need to be done in an office setting. But there are just as many that can be done from home.
