CU has probably slightly increased in value since Deion, but...

The TV deal was negotiated well in advance of him joining CU, so I don't think it would factor into any escalators. It's possible that the networks might sweeten the deal slightly to persuade the B12 to add them over other options, but they probably wouldn't be required.
