B12 could absolutely get UO and UW if the B10 doesn't come calling.

Not saying it's likely, but if the PAC can't get a reasonable TV deal together (I'll believe it when I see it), it would not surprise me if UO and UW try to get into the B10 until the last possible second then jump ship. If their goal is to give themselves the biggest possible window to get invited by the B10, why would they tie themselves to the PAC when they could drag their feet as long as possible, get an extra year or two of no GOR, and use the B12 as the backup/marginal upgrade?
