I have a hard time finding empathy for someone who takes a private squabble
public. Especially when they try to dirty the name of an institution I love. Does she think this will get her the tickets? Maybe she's venting, but BYU didn't kill her parents to get out of the season ticket deal, it's not BYU's fault, and they have to follow policy or there would be chaos.
