Unless her dad signed a different agreement than other donors, she is entitled
To the seats. The agreement is specific and states that they pass on to the children of the donor until they are all deceased.
The ticket office makes their own rules up as they go.
About 10 years ago they asked donors to designate who they would pass onto, but that was not required in he original agreement that I’ve seen.
