They donated to the expansion of the stadium back in 1981. The rights to those tickets are/were allowed to pass down one generation. As the youngest child, my brother has the rights to these tickets. He simply needs to exercise his rights properly to maintain them...which is to buy the tickets at least every other year. Should he not exercise his rights properly or when he passes, those rights revert back to BYU.
Anyone who whines about how BYU handles this is a Yewt (mentally). Sorry to offend any, but your parents or grandparents paid for those rights. You didn't. You were merely a long-time beneficiary. Suck it up buttercup and pay for your own rights and claim your own memories. Quick living on "borrowed light".
