Florida Man All-American
I flew in a WW2 vintage Dakota from Amsterdam to Maastricht in 1996, or so
One of our suppliers was treating their clients to dinner at Chateau Neercanne in Maastricht. The thing was only flying at 5-10,000 feet and everybody got motion sickness. Most of the folks were vomiting. The meal at Chateau Neercanne was one of the best I've ever had. It had a Michelin star at the time and we all ate and drank ourselves silly. My date and I couldn't stop laughing about what a barf-fest the flight back to A'dam (Schiphol) would be. Fortunately, the flight back was smooth and uneventful.
