You are talking health.
And I agree that healthy in is healthy out. And if you want to lose weight and be healthy it really does matter what type of nutrition you are adding to the system. No question. And I agree with what the article says. All of it. Eat healthy to be healthy.
But when weight is the only question the laws of physics remain intact. Conservation of matter applies here. Thermodynamics apply here too. The only way to Change the balance of a system is to decrease inputs or increase outputs.
Same with a bank account. Same with the water level in your bathtub. Same with battery life.
