Weight loss happens in the kitchen, not the gym. Don't expect to get back to

what you were in college. You can still get in great shape, but as you've learned that may include more muscle. Shift diet to more veggies and lean protein, don't be afraid to get a bit hungry between meals, and cut the garbage. White carbs are garbage when trying to lose weight. And drink lots of water.
