I would like to maximize my tax benefits. Is the way to go to start two LLCs, one for the "farm", and one for the rental property?
Regarding the farm, we can do a few things. Fruit trees, chickens (eggs), cows, etc. The goal would be to write off expenses for fencing, water, etc.
I know the correct answer is up talk to a professional, but does anyone here have advice regarding either of these things? Is it worth the time it would take to set it up?
