Intervention Needed
If I were to split up cardio and weight lifting, where I do one in the morning
and the other in the evening, which one is more beneficial for which time, and why?

I have to do cardio in the morning when my stomach is empty.

If you run late at night it will mess up your sleep

Will lifting in the evening do the same?

Not usually. Depends on if you're doing HIIT type lifting.

I’d lift in the morning so I could lift with caffeine in my system and not mess

You burn my calories in the morning, but you have better performance later

I like to use preworkout, and don’t want that caffeine late in the day, so I lift first thing in the morning.
