I'm fascinated by this trend. A lot of executives seem convinced that there are huge gains in "culture" and productivity to be had as the pendulum swings back their way. But, I wonder if there's a bit of naivete in thinking the white collar labor market can un-ring the bell and simply policy its way back to 2019 (or earlier) without consequences.
