Realignment really changed things up quite a bit... just did a quick run through
of the schedules of the teams with only 1 loss from each of the P4 and G5, it was a quick check so i could have missed something but this is what i saw

Its unlikely but not impossible that

ACC has 3 11+ win teams (Clemson, Miami, SMU)
Big 12 has 3 11+ win teams (BYU, Iowa State, Kansas State)
BIG could have 5 (Indiana, Oregon, Penn State, Illinois, Ohio State)
SEC could have 4 (Texas, LSU, Georgia or Tennessee, Missouri)
ND could have 11 wins
Washington State could have 11 wins, but no conference championship, and poor SOS with a loss to Boise State
Boise State or UNLV could have 11 wins (but would potentially be an auto qualifier anyway), they could have 2 losses and not be top 12 and still get in as 5th highest conference champ
Army or Navy could be undefeated (but that means one of them beat ND and the other team)
Liberty could be undefeated but they literally play no one the whole season

We could theoretically have 19 11 win teams and only 12 spots for them

obviously the probability of that happening would be absolutely insane, but its not an impossible scenario
