Retzlaff - Devil’s Advocate
Jake isn’t that far from being a decent QB. The problem is his decision making. If he can learn to cradle the ball properly, take a sack, and throw the ball away, he can be a good QB.

He also lacks the ability to throw the football accurately. Other than those things he's right there.
