That's what i did. Also ate more fruits and veggies, cut out late night snacks..
...and did some intermittent fasting (didn't eat breakfast or late night unless it was plant based). Also stopped eating out and quit processed food and started cooking everything i ate from scratch (whole foods).

I weighed myself daily and kept my focus on getting to the next 10lb increment.
