one lb of body fat =4200 calories which is about 7.5 Big Macs. I'm going to
have to pass up on a lot of Big Macs (about 600) to get to where I want and need to be. uuuhhhgggg. I ask myself, Why and how did I get to this point?

Went from 307 last july to 227 last march and competed in my first body building competition. Consistency is the key.
