Went from 307 last july to 227 last march and competed in my first body building competition. Consistency is the key.
There will be bad diet days but don't quit. Pick back up the next day and be better. I am working on gaining muscle now until December when prep for the next show in April begins. Let me tell you the mental game I am playing currently is tough as I am gaining some weight back in order to build. Extremely empowering when you are in control of what you eat and and how your bod looks. Excited for you man!
