MRI 4 years ago. Arthritis and narrowing but didn't say anything about discs then. I take celebrix and gabapentin daily
To help with those issues. Yesterday walked around Taylorsville Temple and went shopping. Woke up this morning and boom.
Never had anything like this. Had injections in my upper spine that worked well. For another issue. Hoping I can get in somewhere quickly.

Don't know if I can even move to stretch. My wife found some on YouTube but I'm scared to even try until it settles.
