If Bronco was still at BYU, I see this as not happening.
Not because it's a knock against Bronco. Hill doesn't want to play BYU in any sport, and I doubt the PAC12 could force Utah to play BYU in football, especially at the end of the season when potential bowl games are in question.
With Sitake as a coach, and his relationship with Wittingham, I see the end-of-season matchup as more than likely. Yeah, Hill could still pressure Wittingham into not playing, but I think with Sitake (and Utah fans wanting the game) it would most likely occur.
