But before we call all our police officers “out of control” like the OP says. Let’s wait for all the facts to come out, AND not lose perspective that in the U.S. there are over 33,000 arrests PER DAY. And yet there is only a few of these awful incidents per year.

Doesn’t make it okay. Doesn’t excuse any of it or them. Cops are and should be held to the highest standard. And should be punished and prosecuted accordingly. But there isn’t a country, world, reality, multiverse, etc where cops are going to be perfect. But statistics say they are doing a pretty dang good job overall.
