For example, from what I can tell, OU has 5 games on ABC/ESPN (hard to tell since he doesn't list them) and Texas also 5. So Oklahoma State with 5 currently scheduled has the same number of games as OU and Texas.

I would expect undefeated teams Oklahoma State and Kansas State to pick up more games as the season goes on. Oklahoma, as one of the top teams in the country (#1 in one poll) will obviously get lots of games. The point stands, win games and you will get games on TV (especially since most are picked a couple of weeks prior to the game) and those that don't win will get the FCS games.
