They are looking at whether fighters could have shot down the plane that hit the pentagon. Just wondering if anyone here was in the air that day when all flights were grounded and what your experience was.
I think there is no doubt the plane heading to the pentagon should have been shot because it ignored instructions from air traffic control.

But I hope this is not an excuse to find legal liability. This was a new way of attacking, even though conceived, that people/government shouldn't be blamed for not countering. Next time maybe.
