I do it a bit as a supplement to my exercise program. I keep a 45# ruck pack in my truck and will sometimes throw it on
And do a quick 2-3 miles including a nice hill after I eat lunch. It’s a good way to blunt the post lunch glucose spike.

I’ve been dealing with some patellar tendinitis so I’ve had to take a break from it for a couple weeks but hoping to get back after it soon
