and we can probably get it to top 5 next year. I could quibble with your projected ppg for each player, but I get your gist, and it makes sense. I think the answer to your question is, next year's team is simply going to put up a lot of points. Likely 85-90 ppg (we averaged 81 ppg this past season).
Where we really need improvement though is the defense. BYU ranked somewhere in the 60s-80s in defense this season, depending on the metric you use. That would be bad for an NIT team. Finding a 7 foot rim protector and long, athletic wings who can upgrade our defense without detracting from our offensive spacing will be critical for a national championship or final four run.
