True, but I look at it similarly to Yoga. I know it would help me if I dedicated my time to it, but it's expensive and there are better things to do with my time.
No one has unlimited money or time. A friend of mine is a therapist who was always trying to get me to go to therapy. I said that I couldn't afford it. She said, "yes you could, you spend $100 a month on your gym membership (we go to the same gym). You just went on a vacation to Hawaii that was several thousand dollars." Of course she is right, but interestingly enough I think the time and money spent on both of those things benefits my mental health more than going to therapy for an hour a week would.
If it were free I would probably do it.
