I think it's also fair to say Bama shot outa their minds, & we went down as who
we were all season. Which was a dang good squad, despite our obvious personnel limitations.
And that who we were was a better team as a rebuild venture — than was Bennet's best-team-in-years. (And I say this as a HUGE Randy Bennett fan. I was pulling for his team in that game for SMC's sake more than I was for BYU's sake.)
