NIL may tilt things a bit away from P4 (for basketball at least)
Let's say you're Georgia and you have $20M to spend in NIL. $14M of that goes football, $3M to basketball and $3M to other.

Now let's imagine you're Villanova. And you don't reach the max $20M the university can give in NIL, but you still get to $10M. And so $6M of that goes to basketball and $4M to other.

By not having so much NIL go to football, there's a lot of scuttle that teams in the Big East may actually have an advantage for basketball NIL
