The arguments would then shift to the settings for the AI refs. Coaches
Would want the settings to be favorable to their teams style of play and complain if they weren’t. There wont be consensus on how to interpret the rules.

We can't even get cameras for end zone reviews. Positioning and angles in sports is everything with refs.
