Nobody can whine about the referees. Not coaches, not players, not fans, nobody. It evens the playing field to where the players and coaches are the ones with the scheme and play necessary to succeed. No more Houston's that whack people on the arms all game long and don't get called for it. No more flops as AI can definitely tell the force behind the charging player etc.

And definitely less expensive. No more hiring refs, just let the boys play fairly. All teams would adjust or they wouldn't do very good.
