If you recall he was injured at the beginning of the season and obviously learning to a new offense and trying to develop chemistry and get healthy.

Those are significant obstacles to overcome and I loved how he came on at the end of the regular season.

I want him back because:

1) He'll be motivated to come back with a vengeance, it being his senior season, and because I think he wants to play professionally somewhere.

2) Experience- he's hit a gamewinner at Kansas - he's been a catalyst to both of the Iowa St. wins - you saw how he was a calming force especially against Iowa St. and other defenses - plus he'll be better! Plus as a senior - we need leadership.

3) The KY effect - the guy knows how to develop - I know how he didn't perform up to expectations this year and I for one blame that on his early injury...let's see what KY can do with him for a full off-season.
